The requested URL. HELP

The script works fine, but when I want to pay it turns out the error:
The requested URL /home/admin/web/mysite.com/public_html/sci/payment.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Appears in the address bar: http://mysite.com/home/admin/web/mysite ... d2e0030b39
What do I do?
